Recently my family and I went out for dinner and shared an array of dishes (so we could try a bit of everything). My choice dish was Pad Thai but I was quite disappointed to discover that it.. well.. it was not quite Pad Thai. It tasted a lot like fish sauce and seemed to lack the lime flavour that gives it that tang.

It got me thinking - I hate it when you buy something that isn't what you expected. You have spent the money and invested in the purchase but really you should have ordered honey chicken and been satisfied.

I am so glad we had decided to ensure that the work we do is exactly what you were expecting.. if not better! I don't want to sell a shirt that I wouldn't wear, nor do I want to sell a shirt which hasn't been printed properly.

The second part actually stems from a more personal experience. I went to a conference last year and spent an unreasonable amount of money buying a souvenir t-shirt. When I pulled it out of my cupboard to wear it for the first time I noticed that the print looked a bit blurry. After considering it closely (and with my printing knowledge), I realised that the registration was out (basically, the colours didn't line up). I then looked at my sister's shirt, purchased at the same conference, at the same stand, and was amazed that her printing was perfect. How is it that I would get the dodgey shirt, which shouldn't have passed quality control at the printers, when I am the one who knows about printing? That aside, nobody should get a t-shirt with a dodgey print (everyone is paying the same price!)

Further, it reflected badly on the conference (though I am sure they got the printing outsourced) and despite everything else being brilliant, my experience is tainted by this one shirt.

When we print a shirt for you, we realise that what we are presenting you may be passed onto your customers. You trust us to represent your company or team with integrity when you place an order and it would be disappointing for us to break that trust. So we won't. We will continue to produce quality prints with a high rate of accuracy to ensure that you are getting the best decoration.

Needless to say, I won't be going back to that resturant for Pad Thai...
