General Terms and Conditions
1. STRICTLY Payment up front unless negotiated & agreed to seperately in writing
2. Interest will be charged at 7.5% per month or part thereof on overdue amounts
3. All claims or shortages must be notified within 7 days from the receipt of the goods
4. Expected lead-time of 2 weeks upon signing for artwork approval
5. After artwork is approved, any changes to artwork incur a fee
6. No returns accepted due to incorrect artwork
7. For each colour change there will be a fee of $11 including GST.
8. Changes to quantities and due date will change the initial quote.
9. All customer-supplied garments must be clean and already worn garments must be washed.
10. Zulu Graphics has permission to use artwork and/or job for promotional reasons and/or samples.
MILK IT - Terms and Conditions
1. STRICTLY Payment up front.
2. Sample package includes 2 x t-shirts (JB's 1HT in any colour or size), 2 x polos (JB's 210 or 6HVPS in any colour or size), 2 x fleecy jumper (6HVCN or 3FS in any colour or size).
3. Basic embroidery is a term determined by Zulu Graphics and in general, includes either 3-4 lines of text or a simple logo on a left or right chest position.
4. Normal retail value of garments is $132 without embroidery.
5. Normal artwork, digitising and speed fees apply.
6. Orders must be placed and paid for before 4pm Friday, 30th May.
7. All usual terms and conditions apply.
